What is Datadack.si?
Datadack.si (super intelligence) is an AI IT company that runs on your cloud: an AI architect and CTO, an AI software engineer and an AI DevOps and SRE team that plan, build, ship and run software - inside permissions your business sets.
When can I use it?
The AI IT agents, governance platform and AI Calling Agent for Sales Automation are coming soon. Marketing Automation is a separate part of the roadmap and is planned for later. Join the waitlist and we will contact you when early access opens.
What is Sales Automation?
Sales Automation starts with the AI Calling Agent: it can handle approved inbound and outbound calls, hand a conversation to a person when needed, and keep a record your team can review. It is planned as a separate segment from the AI IT team.
Is Marketing Automation available?
Marketing Automation is on the roadmap for a later stage, after the core AI IT and Sales Automation products. Join the waitlist to hear when plans develop.
Can an agent change production without me?
Only if you allow it. You set an autonomy level - from observe-only to fully autonomous - for each kind of decision and each environment. Anything that cannot be undone, like deleting data or changing access, always needs a person.
Can someone trick an agent into doing more?
No. Permissions come from the settings you control, not from anything an agent reads. Text in a log, a file or a web page cannot raise what an agent is allowed to do.
Is my code used to train AI models?
No. Your code, data and logs are never used for training.
Is it expensive to run?
We use the right model for each job rather than the biggest one for everything, and every plan comes with clear limits - so cost stays predictable and agents can never spend past the budget you set.
Does it work with the tools we already have?
Yes. The engineer works in your code repositories, approvals arrive where your team already talks, and the architect starts by reviewing what you already run.
